Welcome to DanTech, for nearly 24 years DanTech has been working with customers across Europe, The Middle East, North America, and South Africa providing technical solutions to optimise food production, efficiently and safely.

In 2010 Dantech Engineering was formed with two partner directors to develop new products and solutions and take on the role of building bespoke solutions for technical turnkey projects.

DanTech Engineering manufactures the meat & bacon press, sanitizing tunnels, conveyors, and bespoke equipment for the group, combining more than 120 years of experience in the production, manufacturing, and servicing of equipment for food processing equipment.

DanTech builds meat pressing/forming machines, industrial microwave systems, sanitizing tunnels, and large crate washers.

Our Team of experienced innovators, designers, engineers, and industry experts are able to bring together new concepts and innovations to the food industry.

Dantech has landed major contracts in South Africa for the MPr-ID series meat and bacon presses.

These will be the first presses used for bacon pressing installed in South Africa and will improve the bacon yield, presentation, and efficiency of slicing operations.

The first installation will take place during this month with another to follow shortly.

Built by Dantech in the UK, these contracts are a huge boost to the global presence Dantech is making along with other major orders for presses in the USA and UK.

SA Projects

Burger King Factory Cape Town

Dantech Africa supplied the patty stacker for the Burger King plant in Cape Town. A video of the stacker is on the front page of the site. The other machinery that went into the plant was all the packaging machines pallet wrapper and box taping machines for both top and bottom grinders, a guillotine and a formax was also installed.

Camdeboo Meat Processors

We were asked to supply a vacuum tumbler with cooling for meat. The outcome was quicker tumbling time with lower temperatures. A more even and deeper penetration of the tumble mixture was achieved. The project was a joint venture with Crown National Machine division.

Our service and technical departments are here to help you get the very best from your equipment whether it is PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) or just service advice, we want to give you the highest level of service.

Parts & Manuals
We maintain electronic copies of service and operating manuals. Over the next few months, all our customers will receive their own login details which must be kept safe. This will enable all customers to log in to the member's area of our site in order to access copies of manuals specific to their own machinery.
